Massage
All massage treatments are tailored to your needs on the day of appointment. Over the years I have trained in varying techniques of massage including deep tissue, Aravadic, Indian head, lymphatic drainage, Reiki healing, pregnancy and Aromatherapy.
All massages will include a thorough consultation to highlight what you would like to benefit from during the treatment. We then let your sense of smell choose your oil for your treatment. All you need to pre-plan is how long you would like to spend on the couch.

Body Exfoliations
All body scrubs are tailor made to your needs on the day of treatment.

Removal of dead skin cells with a tailor made scrub for you on the day, this is then removed with steamed towels, then moisture massaged into the skin which improves circulation, blood flow and general health of the skin.

Removal of dead skin cells with a tailor made scrub for you on the day, this is removed with steam towels, then we have the application of a tailored oil, where you are then cocooned and tucked in under a comfy duvet, while you are in your chrysalis you will enjoy a scalp massage applying oils to your face and scalp, ready to emerge from your slumber to a light full body massage.
